Detailed Resume:I was in charge of product quality of company "S" of which the products were evaluated as top level in quality and easily introduced to other semiconductor companies if the products would be certified. A corporate policy of the company "S" was permanent assurance. For semiconductor products, the company "S" used to purchase more than half their products from external manufacturers, therefore, the products were needed to be investigated and screened in order to solve its defective problems and improve quality level. At that time, quality specification was just MIL-SPEC and quality evaluation system, evaluation devices, aging devices, analytical devices were all hand made. Based on the result of making, we did the screening to supply and actually visited the manufacturers of that product defects happened to rise, and worked on the strategy and process improvement at each manufacturer.
I was also in charge of semiconductor for broadcasting stations improving manufacturing process, defects to happen in the market to improve in a short period of time as well as quality problem handling, which relates to compensation responsibilities. I was also in charge of audio devices on mobile products at semiconductor division where market research, trend in the industry are reported and new semiconductor products are planned and developed. I have created those devices. I have executed periodically product exhibitions of ASIC, managerial company of JAITA at the time of imported semiconductor access rate problem risen between Japan and US. SOP packaging standardization to standardize a small package for portable broadcasting camera devices. We requested from each company for standardization of the package and brought it to JAITA. Content chemical guide line or Green partner system came out for the product mixed with prohibited chemical, which was delivered through the environmental problem RoHS. We have done process check and requested system construction for major semiconductor companies nationwide. Currently, quality system such as ISO9000, 14000, TS16949 needs to be constructed. When I go process check on defective problems in quality, I see the situation where the time for process check is not taken enough. We're working on the strategy for quality deterioration not to happen. Execution of quality improvement for mobile lens, yield improvement, process improvement (Improved from 10% up to 95%). We took the strategy for work method and the factors to occur, which most defects come from garbages that came out from human body.
