Detailed Resume:Founding Company Experience: I founded inADA, inc. in 1996. inADA, inc. was located in California, USA. I had been consulting for developing peripherals for Macintosh. I had been developing the device drivers too. I published "IEEE 1394 Standard Outline" not only in Japan but also in Taiwan. The Japanese version was published by Gijutsu Hyouron-sha. The Taiwanese version was published by Dr. Master Press. Over 10,000 Japanese Electronics Engineers bought my book, and more Chinese Electronics Engineers bought. The book got top sales of the technical books in Japan over one year. Sony asked me to develop SDK (Software Developing Kit) for FeliCa wireless memoryu cards for Macintosh in 2007, and I developed it. FeliCa is wireless system that is used in HongKong, Singapore, Japan and other countries and companies. Professional Accomplishments: Quality Management, Service and Support, User Support - I had been managing the service and the quality control the western half of Japan at KORG. KORG is electric music installment maker. I started an analysis of a field failure and worked with parts manufacturers to get high quality. After this, I started the KORG Information Center to support users in Japan. I also had a responsibility of worldwide service engineers' support.

When Apple Japan released LaserWriter II ntx-j printer, the printer got a trouble before Apple start to ship. I worked as a member of failure analysis group, and reported to RD in the USA. After RD decided rework, I wrote a manual of the rework process. I built up and managed the factory line in Akasaka office based on my experience at KORG's factory. I succeeded to release LaserWriter II ntx-j, and made a big impact to the printing industry, and started Japanese DTP market. Pointed out the illegalities of Apple Japan service by director group of Apple Japan. Was contacted by FTC and notified of exemplary work. I worked 3.5" Magnetic Optical Disk standardization to have high quality and good compatibality. The zip drive was a standard in USA, but the MO drive was a standard in Japanese market. Because I set up and managed the meetings of the 3.5" MO disk standardization, and showed the standard UI and API to the developers.
