Executive Summary:Graduated from Electronics Department of Chiba Institute of Technology, Chiba-ken, Japan in 1970 and joined NEC Corporation. He had been engaged in information system developments for the customers from manufacturing and distribution industries. During the period, he led an overseas project with local staff in Taiwan, and after the project he was sent to Singapore as a Division Manager of NEC Singapore. He was not a specialist of management in early times he joined NEC Corporation. But he was so interested in how information technology (IT) can be contributed to the management of enterprises that he set off on his own journey of research for package solutions or enterprise resource planning software (ERPs) that is to be applied to the management of companies. This was in the middle of the so called Bubble Economy of Japan. In 1993, he joined just started up SAP Japan, Co., Ltd. And introduced Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM) into Japan and delivered training and consulting. These activities included other Logistics Applications. In 1999, he shifted to management consulting and engaged in business process re-engineering of the clients. In July, 2001 he set up his own firm, and started to ally with Goal Systems International. Since then, he started activities in Theory of Constraints (TOC) and information technology centered in supply chain management, ERPs, MRO. In the year 2007, he started his own firm again.
