User AgreementThis is the user agreement for using AsiaBusinessAdvisor.com. Before joining you are required to read and accept all terms and conditions outlined in this document as well as the Privacy Statement. If you don't agree to these terms and conditions as well as the Privacy Statement, you may not use our platform. This agreement can be modified by Asia Business Advisor at any time by posting the new version on our website. Your continued membership stands for the acceptance to agree to the new agreement.
Asia Business Advisor Service:
Asia Business Advisor provides an online international platform for Asian retired professionals / consultants and Western startup- and microcompanies employers to get in touch with each other and apply for and post project work opportunities anonymously.
Eligibility:
Membership in Asia Business Advisor is open to any retired Asian professional or consultant seeking project work opportunities from Western companies in Asia, and Western companies advertising on our platform. You may not have been previously suspended from membership and apply again. You may not have more than one active account and you may not sell or trade that account with another party.
Use of Service:You can use the Asia Business Advisor service according the conditions in this user agreement. Asia Business Advisor may stop or refuse the service at any given point of time without prior notice to any user. In a case of unauthorized use of your account by a third party, Asia Business Advisor is in no way liable for any loss or damage due to the non-compliance with this paragraph. Asia Business Advisor does not guarantee any projects for Advisor or inquiries for advertising Western companies from using our service. Asia Business Advisor represents Advisor to retaining company, and all contracts, payments and communication is done through Asia Business Advisor. You agree to comply with all applicable local rules including but not limited to rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Termination:You agree that at any point in time, at the sole discretion of Asia Business Advisor, your account can be immediately terminated. At any point in time you as well have the right to terminate your account by notifying Asia Business Advisor one month in advance per email at membership@asiabusinessadvisor.com. The termination of the account comprises the removal of access to all service offerings.User Conduct:You guarantee that no materials of any kind submitted to Asia Business Advisor will violate or infringe upon the rights of third parties, such as copyright and trademark rights. You agree that you may not use the service in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the service. You agree not to use the service to:- register for a user account on behalf of an individual other than yourself, or register for a user account on behalf of any group or entity;
- impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, or your affiliation with any person or entity;
- communicate directly with Advisor or Client company in any form;
- make available content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, national or international law.
Information Provided on this Website:In the course of using the service, users may provide information about themselves which may be visible to other users. By providing content to the service, you authorize and direct us to make such copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the posting and storage of the user content on the Site. By posting user content to any part of the site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Asia Business Advisor an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such user content for any purpose on or in connection with the site or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such user content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. You may remove your user content from the site at any time. If you choose to remove your user content, the license granted above will automatically expire, however you acknowledge that the Asia Business Advisor may retain archived copies of your user content. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of any data which users may provide about themselves or relationships they may describe.Access to Service:Use of manual or automated software, devices, or other processes to "crawl" or "spider" any web pages contained in the Asia Business Advisor website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to monitor or copy, or allow others to monitor or copy, our web pages or the content included herein. Furthermore, you agree not to take any action that interferes with the proper working of or places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including but not limited to unsolicited communications, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or transmission or activation of computer viruses. Privacy PolicyThe founders and employees of Asia Business Advisor take your privacy very seriously. There are several instances when you post and we collect private information. Your privacy is our top concern. Asia Business Advisor guarantees that:- We will never rent or sell your personally identifiable information to third parties
- We will never share your contact information with another user, without your consent.
